Chef Dana Minuta

My name is Chef Dana Minuta. I have dedicated my life to the craft of cooking and genuine hospitality while supporting local food growers. I created Ample Kitchen to enable others to enjoy delicious REAL unprocessed food, made from scratch with REAL ingredients.

Chef Dana was formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She is kitchen alumnus of NYC’s famed Gramercy Tavern and has cooked for the world’s  most elite billionaires as a private chef for more than two decades.
