Chef Dana Minuta

My name is Chef Dana Minuta. I have dedicated my life to the craft of cooking and genuine hospitality while supporting local food growers. I was formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and am a kitchen alumnus of NYC’s famed Gramercy Tavern. I have served as private chef to the world’s most elite billionaires for more than two decades. 

 

I created Ample Kitchen to enable others to enjoy delicious REAL unprocessed food, made from scratch with REAL ingredients.  I believe that true wealth can be attained through good health, and good health starts with making your kitchen ample.

 

I have watched the health of family, friends and much of the country deteriorate largely due to the chemical compounds being added to our foods (often without our knowledge!).  My goal is to develop a line of products that are healthful, economical and delicious that will contribute to your mind and body’s overall health and wellness while supporting small local farms.

Through the Ample Kitchen Club, I will show you how to shop, how to choose the most nutrient-dense ingredients, how to stay away from harmful toxins and contaminants not listed on your ingredient labels and what to do with those odd ingredients you find at your local farmer’s market! 

 

In short, my goal with Ample Kitchen is to enable you to cut out all of the processed food, crazy diets, prescription weight loss drugs and introduce you to REAL wellness that can only be achieved through whole foods and real ingredients as I have done for multiple billionaires.  I’m excited to show you how to do this for yourself!!!
